VP / Business Banker

Experience with SBA lending and/or multifamily housing is preferred to support continued growth in these key areas. Job duties for this position include: Develop and grow business relationships through expanding existing customer relationships, referrals, and active prospecting and networking Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing ongoing support and financial solutions Serve as a trusted advisor to business customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate lending and deposit solutions Structure, analyze, and present commercial loan requests in accordance with bank policy Partner with internal teams to deliver a full range of banking products and services Monitor loan performance, credit quality, and relationship profitability Represent the bank in the community through networking, events, and business development efforts Our core values of integrity, customer focus, team focus, and agility are the foundation of our business and a guide that is used every day to serve our customers and employees alike.
