Position: Graphic Production Coordinator

Location: Texarkana, AR

Hours: M-F, 8a-5p

Pay: $23-25/hr, doe

Job Summary:
Seeking a Graphic Production Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day coordination of graphic production and ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule. This position will supervise a team of up to five employees, manage workflow and task assignments, review colors and labels for accuracy, and communicate directly with customers throughout the production process.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a background in graphic design, marketing, art, or a related field . Previous experience in a production environment and/or experience leading a small team is preferred.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assign tasks, prioritize workload, and monitor projects to ensure deadlines are met.
• Review customer orders, labels, artwork, colors, and specifications for accuracy and consistency.
• Inspect proofs and finished label designs to identify errors before production.
• Communicate with customers regarding artwork, color selections, order details, revisions, and production timelines.
• Coordinate between customers, graphic design staff, and production personnel to keep orders moving efficiently.
• Assist with resolving production or artwork issues and make recommendations when adjustments are needed.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, revisions, approvals, and production status.
• Help ensure quality standards are consistently maintained throughout the production process.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Assist with graphic design and artwork preparation as needed.
• Support marketing-related projects and customer communications when applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in graphic design, graphic production, marketing, art, or a related field required!
• Experience supervising or leading a small team strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of color, design, layout, and visual presentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in artwork, colors, and labels.
• Strong organizational and task-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with the ability to communicate professionally with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with graphic design software is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while also providing effective leadership to a small team.
