Program Coordinator

Soni is partnered with a client seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the execution of direct marketing campaigns. This role will focus on campaign intake, data preparation, proofing, quality control, and overall campaign readiness. Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for internal sales teams on campaign execution. Capture, review, and validate campaign details for accuracy and completeness. Ensure all required campaign elements are in place prior to production. Review creative edits and proofreading updates within internal systems. Partner with internal teams to clarify requests and resolve discrepancies. Perform quality checks to ensure campaign accuracy and process compliance. Prepare, clean, reconcile, and format campaign data files for mailing. Support deduplication, suppression, filtering, and data validation. Support day-to-day operational tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 0–2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, operations, customer service, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Ability to learn internal systems and campaign tools. Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
