This position is responsible for transforming complex business data into actionable insights that drive operational and strategic decisions across multiple business units.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with supply chain planning knowledge and the ability to influence cross-functional decision-making. This role partners closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Production Planning, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment between demand, capacity, inventory, and production priorities.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesImplement and track key performance metrics to measure the impact of customer experience improvement initiatives and demonstrate their valueDrive seamless reporting and analytics through the coordination with Chamberlain Group's functional contacts in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Warehouse Operations, Transportation and Customer ServiceAssist in development of immediate and long-term corrective action plans in co-operation with Chamberlain Group's Supply Chain to identified service issues and failureMonitor and communicate key Supply Chain performance measurements as defined by ongoing development of customer specific targets and measures and reconcile to customer defined scorecardsComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teamsDrive continued improvement in customer experience through building strong cross-functional relationships and leverage the relationships to influence the strategy and operations of each functionWork collaboratively with planning team and operations to establish best practices for reporting, analysis, and insights in forecasting, inventory levels, and service levelsAnalyze actual sales to customers and sell-out data to actively identify exceptional or unforecasted activities; drive fast, appropriate actions to minimize the impact of deviations from the Demand Plan; communicate these actions to stakeholdersAssist in the preparation, review, and action planning for key KPI's across the supply chainComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.Minimum QualificationsEducation/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or MarketingExperience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, customer care, finance or marketingKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong analytical skills, Influencing skills, Customer service skills, Ability to understand the customer experiencePreferred QualificationsEducation/Certifications: APICS / Lean / Six SigmaKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: SAP experience, BI ReportingThe pay range for this position is $76,600.00 - $123,775.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
