Finance Director

We are partnering with our real estate client for a Finance Director to join their team. You will oversee the organization's financial health, ensuring it remains financially solid and has the necessary resources to meet its commitments. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $170,000 to $200,000 per year.

• Prepare detailed weekly and/or monthly reports on financial performance, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  
  
• Provide analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions by the C-suite.
  
  
• Oversee the loan process from sourcing to completion.
  
  
• Continuously manage the credit facility and borrowing base updates.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with financial covenants by implementing additional reporting, policies, and procedures.
  
  
• Provide guidance and training to the finance team, potentially involving mentoring and staff development.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
  
  
• 7-10 years of experience in homebuilding, preferably with public or large private companies.
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft software products.
  
  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
