Full-Time Property Maintenance Handyman
Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience
Ocean Properties Vacation Rentals is a family-owned vacation rental company seeking a dependable full-time Property Maintenance Handyman to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform light handyman repairs and general maintenance
- Inspect and maintain vacation rental properties
- Help keep our properties clean, safe, and guest-ready
Schedule
- Thursday–Monday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Weekends required
- Some holidays and rotating on-call emergency coverage
Qualifications
- Basic handyman or maintenance experience
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Background check and drug screening required
