HITC 100, Introduction to Medical Office Procedures; HITC 200 Medical Billing, Insurance and Health Record Review; HITC 210 health Information and Physician Practice Management. Master's Degree required from an accredited college or university. Preferred Qualifications Post-secondary teaching experience preferred. Experience with online delivery systems (D2L Brightspace) is highly desirable. Responsibilities Provide classroom instruction in the Business department. Evaluate student performance. Participation in departmental, division wide, and college wide committees for the purpose of building community and fulfilling aspirations of professional development is encouraged and supported. At the direction of the Department Chairperson, Adjunct faculty shall perform duties as specified in the Faculty Contract. Compensation The Salary is $1,523.00 per contact hour.
