Compensation & Bonuses Total Compensation: $84,500 to $120,000 annually, including base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses and long‑term ownership opportunities. Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising RBTs pursuing a Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
