We're looking for a High-Energy Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily operations, drive sales results, and lead a team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This location also features a car wash operation, making experience managing car wash services, teams, and customer experiences highly desirable.

What You'll Do (Your Impact Matters!)

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of store operations, supporting your General Manager, driving performance, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while maintaining a clean, safe, and operationally excellent environment
• Support all automotive service and car wash operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures
• Assist with inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking
• Recruit, onboard, coach, develop, and schedule team members
• Lead by example using J-Team Service Standards while performing lube services and supporting daily operations
• Help drive membership, service, and sales goals for both automotive and car wash services
• Create exceptional guest experiences while professionally resolving customer concerns
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety standards and company policies
• Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance needs for automotive and car wash operations
• Take full ownership of store operations when the General Manager is unavailable

Requirements (What You Bring)

• Valid driver's license
• Minimum of one (1) year of management experience in Automotive, Retail, Fast Food, Hospitality, Car Wash, or similar service-oriented industries
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and percentages
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to confidently use computers, internet-based systems, and complete business documentation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, climb, crouch, and work in active service environments
• Comfortable working in both indoor and semi-outdoor conditions
• Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a car wash environment strongly preferred
• Experience overseeing car wash operations, membership programs, and service quality standards
• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence
• Growth-oriented with a willingness to train and learn
• Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
