This role will manage fund-level reporting, investor communications, and oversight of third-party administrators , working directly with senior leadership. We’re looking for a resourceful, hands-on accounting professional with strong technical skills who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys taking ownership of processes while supporting a collaborative team. Location: New York, NY 10005 Schedule: 4 days onsite ; 1 day WFH Hours: 8am - 5pm Bonus : 20% What You’ll Do: Prepare fund & investor reporting, including financial statements Oversee capital calls, distributions, and carried interest calculations Coordinate with auditors, fund admins, and tax teams Support cash flow planning, regulatory filings, and investor onboarding Collaborate on special projects & process improvements What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance ( CPA or Master’s a plus ) 3+ years in private equity fund accounting, fund administration, or public accounting Strong technical accounting, Excel, and analytical skills Self-starter who thrives in a small, fast-paced team If you’re ready to take ownership, gain broad exposure, and grow in private equity finance , we’d love to connect!
