We are seeking a dynamic Account Coordinator to join our team in the fast-paced trade show industry. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Account Manager in the planning, execution and service of client trade shows and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Senior Account Manager and other internal departments to coordinate all aspects of a client's trade show participation.
• Research and review show service manuals, rules, and regulations for tradeshows and events to ensure a smooth and compliant event experience.
• Prepare and complete 'show service' orders for client events. This includes interacting with third party vendors as necessary to meet client needs and objectives as well as soliciting and reviewing bids for various services.
• Prepare, organize and distribute pertinent information and documents related to client projects (e.g. timelines, schedules, purchasing orders, estimates, invoices, etc.).
• Develop working knowledge of clients' exhibit assets as well as their yearly trade show and event schedules.
• Track and reconcile individual expenses for each project.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse team to manage and document client product inventory for shows and events as needed.
• Interact with clients and provide day to day support as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ability to follow through and meet deadlines is a must.
• Proactive and able to problem solve and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other internal software/systems.
• Travel to client tradeshow/events required with ability to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field or relative experience.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a client support environment.
• Prior experience in trade show or event planning is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
