Senior Software Engineer

We’re searching for Senior Software Engineering tale to join a fast-growing HealthTech company transforming how healthcare organizations manage credentialing and licensing. Their AI-powered platform is modernizing critical infrastructure in the healthcare system—making processes faster, smarter, and more reliable.

They’re building a brand-new engineering team in New York and are looking for a Senior / Tech Lead Software Engineer to work directly with the Head of Engineering on greenfield development.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and development of a new AI-driven platform from the ground up
• Partner closely with the Head of Engineering on architecture and technical direction
• Build scalable backend systems and modern web applications
• Help shape engineering culture and mentor early team members
• Contribute hands-on across the stack in a fast-moving, startup environment

What They’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and modern web frameworks (React and/or Next.js)
• Proficiency in Python, especially in data or AI-related workflows
• Experience or strong interest in AI tools, platforms, or applied AI use cases
• Proven ability to operate at a Senior or Tech Lead level
• Startup mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
