Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our client's team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-2:00 PM opportunity with potential for temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs.

Pay
$18.00-$20.00/hour DOE
Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 5:00 AM-2:00 PM
• Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required based on business needs

What You'll Do

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Fill orders, including wire cutting and pipe order filling
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Use handheld RF scanners and warehouse operating systems
• Handle shipping and receiving
• Load and unload freight and delivery trucks
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safety-first mindset

? What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience preferred
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Experience operating order pickers and sit-down forklifts is preferred
• Familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping systems is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude
• Team-oriented mindset
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems and equipment
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
