We are looking for a highly organized, motivated individual to join our Las Vegas team and help keep our field and shop operations running efficiently. Position Summary The Operations Planner / Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our field operations by coordinating deliveries, scheduling equipment, tracking materials, and ensuring our crews have everything they need to stay productive. This position works closely with project managers, superintendents, vendors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule. Responsibilities Coordinate material deliveries to multiple job sites. Schedule trucks, equipment, and vendors. Track material orders and delivery status. Maintain inventory of office and shop supplies. Coordinate equipment rentals and returns. Assist with fleet vehicle tracking and scheduling. Support project managers and field superintendents with daily logistics. Maintain organized spreadsheets, schedules, and tracking reports. Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors regarding deliveries and schedules. Help resolve delivery, scheduling, and material issues quickly and efficiently. Assist with planning manpower and material needs for upcoming projects. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in logistics, operations, construction coordination, or a related field. Construction experience preferred (commercial construction or glazing is a plus). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license.
