We’re looking for an enthusiastic Ice Cream Specialist to join our team and help us serve up happiness to our community.
What You'll Do As an Ice Cream Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving up delicious ice cream creations with precision and care.
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their orders.
- Maintaining a clean and inviting workspace, ensuring all equipment and surfaces are spotless.
- Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
We’re seeking a friendly and reliable individual who:
- Has at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or food service role.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Has a positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
