Mid-level Real Estate Associate

Overview The role encompasses work on commercial real estate transactions, including financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures. Experience with workouts and distressed situations is a plus. Law firm experience, preferably at an AMLaw 200 firm, is preferred. Posting details Loeb & Loeb’s Real Estate Department is seeking an associate with 2 – 5 years of experience to join our NY office. The ideal candidate should have law firm experience (preferably at an AMLaw 200 firm) working on commercial real estate transactions including financings, acquisitions, dispositions and/or joint ventures. Experience with workouts and distressed situations is a plus. Successful candidates will have excellent drafting and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects. The salary range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $215,000 and a maximum of $285,000 annually.
