You will monitor inventory levels on our ecommerce platform, coordinating with suppliers to maintain stock availability. We expect you to process orders efficiently, from confirmation to delivery, while keeping customers informed of their order status. You shall analyze ecommerce performance metrics, sharing insights and recommendations for improvement with the team. Customer Care Admin Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries through various channels (email, social media & live chat) in a professional and friendly manner. Provide clients with support across product information, store details & online orders (delivery, exchanges & returns). Help facilitate & coordinate in-store appointments in the shared calendar. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Support with customer service reporting & analysis. Requirements Your familiarity with ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify, will be essential in managing our online store and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. We expect you to efficiently handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. You should excel at processing orders, including coordinating shipments and handling returns or exchanges, while maintaining meticulous records of all transactions.
