- Minimum of 3 years of experience required
- Prior travel experience required

- Must be willing to float to other units as needed

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation nursing environment.
- Assist patients with daily living activities to enhance their comfort and well-being.
- Monitor and document patient progress and any changes in their condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver coordinated care.
- Support patients with dementia and ensure a safe environment.

Compliance / Notes
- A background check within 18 months, including nationwide searches, is required.
- FACIS 3 and VCIC checks are required within 30 days of the start date.
- Public transportation is not accessible; reliable transportation is recommended.
- All work history information must be complete for submission.
- Communication of any preplanned time off must occur upfront.
