divh2Warehouse Associate/h2pThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of GMP products within the warehouse. This role involves receiving, storing, picking, and packing GMP products while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards. The warehouse associate will also support handling and delivery of NON-GMP materials throughout the facility. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of this job including operating a forklift, lifting 50lbs or more and being on your feet for 4-6 hours daily./ppThis role primarily supports Weekend shift (FridaySunday). Two shifts are available: Days (7:00 AM7:30 PM) and Nights (7:00 PM7:30 AM). Candidates must demonstrate availability and flexibility for occasional support outside of their standard shift hours./ppEssential Job Functions:/pulliReceive incoming pharmaceutical shipments and verify contents against purchase orders, materials specifications and receiving in line with INCOG SOPs./liliInspect products for damages, discrepancies, or expired items and report any issues to the Warehouse Manager./liliStore pharmaceutical products in designated areas according to material specifications and regulatory requirements./liliMaintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS/SAPbyDesign)./liliConduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory audits./liliPick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet internal customer demands./liliEnsure all orders are labeled correctly and prepared for internal delivery according to company standards./liliAble to use barcode scanners and other technology to track and manage inventory./liliAdhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP)./liliAssist in maintaining records for regulatory inspections and audits./liliOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems./liliPerform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions to the Warehouse Manager./liliPerform daily and weekly cleaning tasks to ensure associate safety and keep the warehouse audit-ready./liliParticipate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures./li/ulpJob Requirements:/pulli2-4 years previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry./liliMust be forklift certified and able to obtain Powered Industrial Lift Certification/liliProficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning technology./liliAbility to lift 50 lbs. and able to stand, walk or bend for extended periods./liliComfortable working in varying temperature conditions within the warehouse/li/ulpAdditional info about INCOG BioPharma:/ppAt INCOG BioPharma we have built a world-class CDMO for parenteral injectable drugs.
