Job Requirements

Customer service - Greeting customers, answering questions, providing menu recommendations.

Order taking - Accurately writing down orders and relaying them to the kitchen.

Dinning room preparation - Setting tables, cleaning, and maintaining the dining area.

Payment processing - Preparing bills and handling cash and credit card transactions.

Customer satisfaction - Checking in with customers, addressing concerns, and asking for feedback.

Safety and sanitation - Following policies and ensuring the food surface area is safe and free of clutter.

Work Experience

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Effective written and verbal communication.

Active listening skills.

The ability to learn quick and memorize menu details.

Patience and friendly demeanor.

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

The ability to be on their feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
