As an Electrical Engineer, you are responsible for designing, modifying, and troubleshooting electrical or electronic engineering assemblies, layouts, schematics, and drawings to advance the equipment that supports our technology. Using your technical experience and critical thinking skills, you will perform engineering analysis, generate test reports, develop innovative solutions, and create documentation for product releases. You will also coordinate the procurement and assembly of components, identify sources of critical parts, and resolve technical issues to ensure peak performance.Role Responsibilities: Develop and implement concepts for a range of significantly complex product issues and engineering solutions Technically lead and execute engineering projects and spearhead research and development of new technologies, as appropriate Identify and troubleshoot a wide range of significantly complex electrical engineering problems; display innovative thinking to develop solutions Specify and/or perform engineering analysis of significant complex scope Communicate with internal and external customers regarding significantly complex electrical issues to address customers’ High Value Problems (HVP) for a range of products Generate product specifications; develop, specify, or modify electrical engineering assemblies, layouts, schematics or drawings of significantly complex scope Define, coordinate, perform and document engineering tests Lead highly complex functional or project teams, as applicable Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree10-15 years of experience in a related fieldDemonstrated and highly regarded technical and leadership expertise in your field Preferred Qualifications: Broad knowledge of other disciplines within your function (in addition to in-depth expertise in your own discipline) Experience impacting functional strategy, as well as the direction and resource allocation for programs, projects, or services  Additional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Assignee / RegularTravel:Yes, 20% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
