What You’ll Do Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals Recruit, hire, coach and develop high‑performing leadership and team members Deliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards Partner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move‑ins Build strong relationships with residents, families and local referral sources Lead team engagement, culture and performance management What You’ll Bring Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills Experience leading teams and managing performance Sales and customer relationship experience preferred Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills Passion for serving seniors and leading high‑performing teams Executive Director – Lead Community Operations and Drive Growth and Resident Experience Executive Director | Senior Living | General Manager | P&L | Operations Leadership | Healthcare Operations | Community Leadership Pay Range: 115,000.00 - 171,080.00 We also offer benefits and other compensation that include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
