What We’re Looking For
We need an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who takes pride in keeping communities safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- Strong HVAC background & EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
- Reliable transportation & basic tools
- Ability to handle on-call responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all property maintenance, grounds, and amenities
- Complete service requests & apartment make-readies
- Supervise and support maintenance team and vendors
- Maintain budgets, supplies, and safety standards
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents
