Director of Clinical Services

Salary:

$110,000 – $115,000 annually

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of clinical programs and services.
• Conduct regular assessments of clinical programs to ensure effectiveness and adherence to best practice.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of clinical services.
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical staff, ensuring a high level of competence and professionalism.
• Recruit, train and evaluate clinical staff members.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development with the clinical team.
• Develop, review and update clinical policies and procedures to need accreditation standards.
• Investigate and address any incidents or issues related to clinical services.
• Oversee collection and analysis of clinical data and reporting purposes.
• Represent the organization in meetings and collaborations with families and state agencies.
• Providing direct supervision and oversight to the program clinical teams.
• Assessing new referrals to the program and arrange or conduct testing and evaluations as needed.
• Collaborating with program management and staff regarding therapeutic milieu and clinical orientation of program.
• Act as a liaison with psychiatrist and other agencies providing auxiliary clinical services.
• Participation in on-call rotations

Job Requirements:

• Independently Licensed – LMHC, LICSW, and LMFT.
• Completed master’s degree in social work or related field required.
• Previous experience with adolescent population and their families and expertise in crisis stabilization and management required.
• Management-level experience in a clinical setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills required.
• Must be fully vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated against COVID 19, per state regulations.
