Advanced Care Practitioner

The Department of Corrections is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Advanced Care Practitioner (ACP) for the Monroe Correctional Complex located in Monroe, WA. This position may be filled by a Physician Assistant-Certified or an Advanced Care Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). As an independently licensed nurse practitioner, this position provides clinical assessments, medication management, and treatment for patients at the Monroe Correctional Complex. This position contributes to the agency's mission to improve public safety by delivering quality health care to the Monroe Correctional Complex; in a timely and professional manner, providing quality clinical services and medication management. The position also participates in acute treatment, long-term management, and Multidisciplinary Teams consultation to provide excellent patient care.
