Job Summary

Medical Surgical Floor RN — located in Marquette, MI. This position involves providing care to adult patients meeting observation status criteria, including conditions such as chest pain, asthma exacerbation, TIA, abdominal pain, urinary issues, blood sugar issues, DVT/PE, cellulitis, post-procedural monitoring, and minor trauma. Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical Floor
• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale Competency, Telemetry/ECG Competency, 1 year medical/surgical experience, Location in Michigan, minimum 0 years of experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Telemetry experience, additional certifications such as TNCC, ENPC
• Schedule: Five days per week, including weekends and holidays, with guaranteed weekly hours of 72, covering both day and night shifts
• Additional Information: No guaranteed block scheduling; must be flexible to support adult patient population; requires cardiac monitor equipment use and Cerner electronic health record system proficiency. Must have at least 60 miles or more from the facility for consideration.
