This position would be a 9 month contract role in Shreveport (71101). If you have experience with document control, as a paralegal or with legal compliance, we want to hear from you! A mid-way project bonus and a completion bonus await the right candidate.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
• Minimum of 1 years of work experience
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint; and willing to learn new technologies
• Prior scanning experience is a plus
• Must be able to lift 30lb boxes overhead to place on shelves

Essential functions:

As a Records Technician at Access Sciences, you will be diving into a world of document management like never before. From preparing documents for scanning to conducting quality control checks and maintaining scanning equipment, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth transition of physical records to electronic formats. Your role will involve indexing data, converting documents for import, and assisting with offsite storage preparations.
