Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a mixed ICU (medical and cardiovascular) setting with 1:1 or 1:2 ratios for ICU-level acuity and 1:3-4 for PCU-level acuity
• Titrate ICU drips including sedation, vasoactive medications, and paralytics
• Set up, manage, and interpret telemetry monitors and strips independently
• Care for patients with complex diagnoses including sepsis, COPD, stroke post-TNK administration, CRRT, IABP, Impella, PA catheters, and post-cardiac arrest (Arctic Sun)
• Support recovery of immediate open heart surgery patients and overflow from the cath lab and post-surgical cases
• Float as needed between critical care floors and the ER for patient holds

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State RN license or Compact RN license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• Valid driver's license required at time of submittal

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CRRN or PCCN certification preferred
• Experience with Swans, Prismaflex CRRT, IABP, and immediate open heart recovery
• Epic EMR experience within the last year (may allow testing out of Epic training modules)
• Flexible, team-player mentality with ability to adapt to scheduling needs including frequent weekend shifts
