Job Title: PDC HRBP Location: Riverside, CA (100% Onsite) Employment Type: Temporary (Approx. 3 months -- covering LOA) Pay: $30-$40/hr. DOE Schedule: Hours need to overlap for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a fast-paced distribution and operations environment. This role partners closely with leaders and employees across multiple shifts to drive employee relations, safety, compliance, recruiting support, and workforce engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, performance management, and policy interpretation. Conduct workplace investigations and recommend corrective actions. Support safety initiatives, compliance programs, and workers' compensation administration. Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on recruiting and onboarding efforts. Deliver HR training and provide day-to-day support to leaders and employees. Support multiple sites and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or HRBP experience. Experience supporting warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of employment law, investigations, and HR compliance. Experience supporting exempt and non-exempt populations. Preferred PHR or SHRM-CP certification. Workers' compensation and workplace safety experience.
