Role Definition Coordinate management of multiple, related high-priority and/or high-risk projects aligned with key strategic initiatives. Lead project teams to deliver complex business, integration, implementation projects, and continuous improvement/lean efforts. Responsibilities Apply program and project management principles to manage scope, timeline, resources, stakeholders, and risk throughout the lifecycle of strategic initiatives. Lead high-priority projects to achieve measurable business process improvements. Provide technical training and guidance for continuous improvement on the planning, development, and implementation of process improvement. Utilize facilitation and consultancy skills to assist leaders in identifying growth opportunities and planning strategically. Six Sigma Methodology – Knowledge of DMAIC methodology; ability to use the methodology to improve manufacturing processes and control improvements by eliminating root causes.
