As a Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind creating a positive work environment and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, build a strong and motivated team, and ensure every guest has a great experience with delicious food and friendly service. Key duties include hiring, training, and developing team members, scheduling staff effectively, managing performance issues, resolving customer concerns, and overseeing the restaurant’s budget and financial plans. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a proven ability to develop people, and a positive attitude.
