We offer employee benefits including vision, medical, dental, life insurance and 401k.The successful candidate will be trained to perform the following tasks.Essential FunctionsRead and understand fuel bills of lading and invoicesInput bills of lading and supplier invoices into the account systemInvoice fuel customers using the accounting systemReview delivery documents and invoices for accuracyRespond to fuel customers and questions as neededAssist Controller and Assistant Controller as neededCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and accounting software programs.Excellent communication skills both written and verbalStrong time management skillsAble to adapt to changes in work processesAble to work under deadlinesMust be able to work in a team environment2-year college degree preferred or equivalent accounting experienceAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations manual, and written directions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sampson-bladen Oil Company Incorporated
