As a Security Officer Full Time Site Monitoring in GRAND PRAIRIE, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Allied Universal officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide professional customer service and clear communication. You will contribute to a welcoming, security-related environment while demonstrating our agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.

Pay Rate: $21.01 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense business location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, business operations, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or facility concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be able to lift more than 20 pounds.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
