WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide day-to-day administrative and client-service support to advisors and portfolio managers.
- Respond to routine client requests involving cash transfers, deposits, withdrawals, gifting, statements, tax documents, and account information.
- Prepare account-opening and maintenance paperwork, gather documentation, and follow up on outstanding items.
- Work with custodians and financial institutions to process requests and resolve routine service issues.
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with new-client onboarding, meeting preparation, reports, and follow-up.
- Support IRA distributions, Required Minimum Distributions, charitable gifts, and other transactions with guidance from experienced team members.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Approximately 1-4 years of professional experience, preferably in wealth management, financial services, banking, insurance, accounting, legal, or another client-focused professional environment.
