Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a fast-paced professional environment, managing multiple priorities, and delivering exceptional service to both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to partners and staff members
- Manage client communications, scheduling, and correspondence
- Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files
- Assist with document processing, data entry, and report preparation
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Support client onboarding and ongoing administrative processes
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general office technology
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
