Must be willing to travel to our Northern Oregon clinics (Salem, Eugene, The Dalles, Albany, Lake Oswego, McMinnville) to provide coverage.

At OnePeak Medical, we combine evidence-based primary care with Functional Medicine to focus on root causes, prevention, and truly personalized patient care. With 20 clinics across Oregon and continued growth, we are actively seeking Locum Primary Care Providers to support our Southern Oregon clinics. This is an excellent opportunity for providers looking for flexibility, strong clinical support, and the ability to build meaningful patient relationships without the burnout of traditional healthcare settings.

Ideal Candidate

• We are looking for providers who are passionate about:
• Preventive and lifestyle-focused medicine

• Collaborative, team-based healthcare

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon license (or ability to obtain) as: Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, AGNP-PC) ,Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• EHR proficiency (NextGen experience is a plus)
• No prior Functional Medicine experience required — we provide training and mentorship.
