Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to welcome customers and visitors, provide helpful assistance, and support daily front desk activities. Responsibilities Welcome customers, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Serve as a primary point of contact for front desk inquiries. Answer incoming calls and direct questions to the appropriate team member. Provide information about products, services, promotions, and company activities. Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk area. Receive and organize incoming mail, deliveries, and documents. Maintain accurate visitor, customer, and administrative records. Communicate customer questions and feedback to appropriate team members. Support team members with general administrative and customer service tasks. Help ensure customers and visitors receive a positive experience. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong attention to detail. Customer-focused attitude. Comfortable answering phones and interacting with visitors. Reliable, adaptable, and dependable. Previous front desk, receptionist, office, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
