Associate Chiropractor - Escanaba, MI

Job Type: Full-Time

Flexible schedule options:

Monday-Thursday: Four 10-hour days.

Monday-Friday: Five 8-hour days.

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a full-time Associate Chiropractor to join a multidisciplinary chiropractic clinic and gym in Escanaba, Michigan. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. The clinic integrates chiropractic care, exercise-based rehabilitation, StemWave therapy, and strength training to provide comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive, one-on-one patient evaluations lasting 60-75 minutes.

• Provide chiropractic care following the structured treatment approach of Relieve, Correct, and Strengthen.

• Integrate exercise-based rehabilitation and strength training into patient care plans.

• Help patients develop the skills and tools needed to manage their conditions independently.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated patient care.

• Manage up to 20-30 patients on active plans of care at a time.

• Follow established clinical processes and participate in hands-on training.

• Provide care primarily to patients in the target age range of 40-65 years.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree required.

• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Michigan.

• New graduates are welcome to apply.

• Must be coachable and willing to learn established clinical processes.

• Interest in rehabilitation and exercise-based treatment, or willingness to learn.

• Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
