Honda of Stamford is looking for motivated, customer-focused Salespeople to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is ready to build a career in automotive sales.

We’re looking for individuals who can create a positive customer experience from the first conversation through delivery and beyond. Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we’re also open to training the right candidate with the right attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them throughout the vehicle shopping process
• Learn customer needs and help match them with the right Honda vehicle
• Present vehicle features, options, and benefits in a clear and professional way
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and past customers
• Work with management and finance teams to help complete sales transactions
• Maintain strong product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Help keep the showroom and vehicle display areas professional and presentable

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
• Sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable using computers and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license required
