JOB SUMMARY
Vaco is currently seeking a Senior D365 F&O Support Engineer for a 6M C2H opportunity that is 100% remote. The Senior D365 F&O Support Engineer will serve as a senior-level production support and escalation resource responsible for maintaining operational stability, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives across large-scale D365 F&O environments. The Senior D365 Support Engineer will function as a Tier-3 escalation owner, leading advanced troubleshooting efforts, root cause analysis, and permanent remediation activities supporting mission-critical global D365 F&O implementations. The Senior D365 Support Engineer will partner closely with functional teams, infrastructure engineering teams, Microsoft support organizations, and client stakeholders to resolve complex production issues impacting enterprise ERP operations while driving monitoring, optimization, automation, and operational maturity initiatives. The Senior D365 Support Engineer is a highly technical support engineering opportunity requiring deep D365 F&O architecture expertise, advanced X development knowledge, Azure platform experience, SQL performance optimization capabilities, and strong production support leadership within enterprise-scale ERP environments.
