Overview

We are seeking a Desktop Support / Endpoint Deployment Technician to support enterprise endpoint management, workstation deployments, and end-user technology services. This role will be responsible for imaging, configuring, deploying, and supporting Windows devices while ensuring a seamless user experience throughout hardware refreshes, migrations, and deployment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SCCM/MECM, ServiceNow, Windows administration, and desktop support in a large-scale enterprise environment.

• Create, maintain, and deploy Windows desktop and laptop images using Microsoft SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
• Configure, image, and deploy Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems to enterprise endpoint devices.
• Package, test, and deploy software, applications, patches, and security updates through SCCM.
• Manage hardware refresh initiatives, device provisioning, upgrades, lifecycle replacements, and migration projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve imaging, deployment, operating system, driver, application, and hardware-related issues.
• Coordinate equipment staging, deployment scheduling, and end-user migration activities.
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident management, service requests, asset tracking, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory records and ensure compliance with established IT asset management processes.
• Install, configure, and support peripherals including monitors, printers, docking stations, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Provide hands-on desktop support and technical assistance to end users during deployment and migration activities.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Service Desk teams to maintain endpoint standards and security compliance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Monitor deployment success rates and proactively remediate deployment-related issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and enterprise desktop environments.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams and assist with root cause analysis.

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in desktop support, endpoint management, workstation deployment, or imaging environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM / MECM administration and deployment processes.
• Experience utilizing ServiceNow for ticket management, asset management, and workflow tracking.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Experience with OS deployment, task sequences, software distribution, patch management, and driver management.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to desktops, laptops, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to support users across multiple business units.
• Experience supporting hardware deployments, device refreshes, and end-user migration projects.

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise deployment projects.
• CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or related technical certifications.
• Familiarity with endpoint security and compliance best practices.

This position is ideal for a Desktop Support professional who enjoys a blend of hands-on technical support, endpoint administration, imaging, deployment, and enterprise device lifecycle management.

This is a Contract position based out of Spokane, WA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Spokane,WA.
