Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Craftsman to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will bring your expertise across a broad range of craft disciplines to ensure the successful completion of diverse projects. Your hands-on experience, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will drive excellence in every task. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects that require precision, creativity, and technical proficiency, all while contributing to a collaborative and energetic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute a wide variety of construction tasks including drywall installation, flooring, roofing, masonry, and framing with precision and efficiency.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely to perform tasks such as carpentry, concrete finishing, tile laying, and fixture installation.
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, schematics, and project specifications.
• Perform remodeling, restoration, and building finishing work that meets high-quality standards.
• Install electrical fixtures, plumbing systems, glass panels, cabinetry, doors, and other building components with attention to detail.
• Use heavy equipment and perform concrete forming or heavy lifting as required on-site.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper use of caulking, stucco application, drywall finishing, and other specialized techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, drywall installation, or related fields.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation.
• Skilled in construction estimating and managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site.
• Valid certifications or licenses relevant to construction trades are preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn new skills is essential.
• Must have your own form of transportation
