Executive Director PositionGeorge Junior Republic (GJR) was established in 1909. Since the organization was established in Grove City, PA, it has expanded its continuum of care to include GJR in Pennsylvania, GJR in Indiana, and Preventative Aftercare (in PA and OH).GJR is actively seeking an Executive Director to provide oversight, direction, and management to all programs and services provided by GJR in Indiana. This position reports to GJR's CEO.The two main services include Older Youth Services and Clinical Services.Requirements include:A minimum of a master's degree in social work, psychology, or directly related human services field.Clinical licensure is required (i.e. LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) for supervision per the regulations.Five years management experienceSupervisory experience, supervising remote teams preferredExcellent written, verbal, and Microsoft application skills.Well organizedAbility to solve problemsAbility to lead organization and teams toward successful outcomesAbility to work remotely and travel across Indiana and to Pennsylvania as needed.Financial acumenReliable transportationJob duties:Program management and program expansion (as needed)Staff supervision and program supervisionAbility to engage with various departments across GJR and its Affiliates (including Human Resources, Finance, Development, Marketing, Compliance, Staff Development, etc.) to complete job duties and resolve issuesEnsure staff and client safetyWork with referral sources and key stakeholdersComplete staff evaluationsReview and have a detailed understanding of all current and new IN policies/procedures, service standards, regulations, and evidenced-based practicesMonitor and oversee employee productivity in conjunction with supervisory staffComplete an informal SWAT analysis and report results to CEO or Board as neededPresent to Board of Directors as neededAdhere to GJR Code of Conduct and EthicsComplete annual training requirementsFinance:Ensure finance ledgers, receipts, forms, etc. are submitted to GJR in a timely manner.Ensure expenses and purchase requests are completed in a timely manner and approved/denied accordingly.Monitor and adhere to GJR in Indiana's approved budgetary guidelines.
