CNA Subsidy Program

We are proud to offer this incentive from the State of Illinois which helps compensate CNAs with a substantial wage increase based on their total years of experience working as a CNA! This means CNAs can earn up to $6.50/hour in addition to their base wage! CNAs with one or more years of experience are eligible!

Qualifications:

• CNA certification from an accredited nursing assistant training program
• Genuine interest in working with seniors
• Current CPR certification (facility will help obtain)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
