Come be a part of this incredible and inclusive team at Invited!/ph3Job Summary/h3pThe Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service and enriching the member and guest experience while playing on the golf course and/or other designated areas. This role is proactively engaging with members and guests, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction. The Beverage Cart Attendant will enhance member retention and coordinate with other club departments to consistently provide the 3-steps of service, whether serving on the golf course, in the halfway house, or other designated food and beverage service areas./ph3Reporting Structure/h3p Reports to the Director of Food Beverage/ph3Day to Day/h3ulliMaintain exceptional FB service standards as outlined in Inviteds training programs./liliGreet members by name and introduce yourself to guests, always ensuring a polite and friendly demeanor./liliProvide timely and attentive coverage of assigned course areas, anticipating visits to each group every 4-5 holes./liliAssist members and guests with requests, such as directions to the restroom or clubhouse, and offer to dispose of trash to maintain a clean environment./liliStock the beverage cart with food, beverages, ice, and transaction supplies before service begins./liliOperate the golf cart safely, following all guidelines, policies, and procedures to avoid accidents./liliCollect payments (cash, member charge, etc.) and accurately reconcile daily transactions, depositing cash in the designated area./liliDocument product spills and waste using daily par versus usage sheets./liliMaintain thorough knowledge of available products and upsell where applicable./liliUse tee sheets and line-ups to identify members and guests, creating personalized experiences with their favorites./liliCommunicate with the FB Director regarding special product requests or issues with food quality, supplies, or presentation./liliClean and sanitize the cart at the end of each shift, ensuring compliance with health code standards./liliRequest and restock supplies in a timely manner to maintain proper par levels for consistent service./liliAssist fellow employees to deliver the 3-steps of service and participate as a supportive team member./liliNotify management of any member/guest complaints immediately and practice effective service recovery./liliKnow and follow the rules of golf etiquette when approaching golf groups at all times./li/ulh3Additional Duties/h3ulliDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff./liliFollow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./liliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliAttend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the teams success./liliWear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards./li/ulh3About You/h3pPreferred/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliPrevious experience in Food Beverage service./liliCertification in alcohol and food safety awareness./liliValid drivers license to operate golf cart./liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to follow instructions./liliStrong commitment to maintaining the highest ethical work standards./li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3ulliMust be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods./liliAbility to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases./liliCapable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required./liliAble to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally./liliEffective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity./li/ulh3Primary Tools/Equipment/h3ulliBottle opener/liliMotorized beverage Cart/li/ulh3Work Schedule/h3ulliAttendance Requirements for this position as outlined on the weekly schedule./liliAdditional hours are required to meet deadlines of the position, including weekends and/or holidays./li/ulh3What We Offer/h3pWe believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards package reflects that commitment.
