Partner with field leaders and staff to anticipate occupancy issues, provide creative solutions, identify cost savings and manage overall processes. Work closely with home office partners to ensure timely execution of assigned projects and programs.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the coordination of Field Real Estate projects.Document and maintain business project plans, including goals, roles, and processes to clarify scope, schedule, and budget.Manage requirements, timelines, and milestone accomplishments to ensure timely execution of assigned projects and programs.Continually maintain a strong partnership with sites, field staff, and leaders to proactively identify changes, issues, occupancy challenges, out-of-cycle requirements, and propose solutions.Gather information, track, and analyze data as needed to prepare recommendations and summaries.Manage databases and Excel information to ensure accuracy of reporting. Provide support for real estate projects, portfolio strategies, and assigned programs in support of Field Real Estate.Monitor and adjust projects using post-implementation results.Continually seek creative solutions with home office partners to provide best value solutions in support of advisors and staff.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelors’ degree or equivalent.Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience.Experience with project analysis and/or project management.High level skill with Excel; experience with Access databases; ability to easily learn proprietary softwareStrong communication skills and the ability to direct team activitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with AAG field operations, advisors and staff.Experience with real estate leasing and/or construction projects.Visa SponsorshipApplicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN).In-Office CollaborationWe are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.Base Pay SalaryThe estimated base salary for this role is $71,300 - $98,100/ year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
