Director, Global Tax

A rapidly growing, private equity-backed global industrial platform is seeking a Director, Global Tax to join its corporate finance leadership team. Preferred qualifications include: Approximately 7-12 years of progressive tax experience Big Four or nationally recognized public accounting firm experience Achieved Manager level or above in public accounting Deep expertise in U.S. federal taxation, income tax provision, ETR analysis, and tax memorandum preparation Experience supporting audits and financial reporting requirements International tax exposure is a plus Ability to operate independently while influencing stakeholders across a complex organization Strong communication, executive presence, and business acumen Who Should Consider This Role?
