Almost Hired: Data Scientist and ML Candidates Who Stall in Technical Interviews
Take-Home Tests Should Not End Your Search
You pass the recruiter call, then the SQL live test, ML case study, or "explain bias-variance” round knocks you out. Hiring teams expect you to discuss feature engineering, model choice, metrics, leakage, and how you would deploy—not only accuracy on a Kaggle notebook.
SynergisticIT JOPP is aimed at data scientist, ML engineer, and AI roles who keep losing late-stage interviews. rebuild interview fluency: Python, statistics, supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning basics, NLP, LLMs/GenAI, and the ability to defend a project in plain business language.
Interview Prep That Matches Data Hiring
Work through client-style questions, mock case interviews, and portfolio projects such as churn, fraud, NLP, computer vision, and MLOps-ready workflows. Feedback is direct. Weak explanations get rewritten until they sound like someone who has shipped analysis, not someone who memorized definitions.
