Advocatesorporated in North Syracuse, NY is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide 1:1 support to a 26-year-old man with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will assist him in learning independent living skills and integrating into his community, while also promoting activities that interest him. This is a part-time role with 8 hours of work available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Ideal applicants should have patience, effective communication skills, and experience in behavioral support.
