Looking for a nursing position that works around your schedule? Our PRN LPN opportunities offer flexible scheduling with a variety of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available.

About the Position

Casselman Healthcare & Rehabilitation is looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses who enjoy working with seniors and are committed to providing quality resident care.

As a PRN LPN, you will provide nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and work closely with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams.

LPN Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as assigned.

• Administer and document medications and treatments according to orders.

• Prepare for and assist physicians and other healthcare providers with diagnostic procedures and treatments.

• Provide healthcare instructions and support to residents and their families.

• Participate with the interdisciplinary team in planning, implementing and evaluating resident care.

• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges.

• Monitor and report residents' vital signs, symptoms and changes in condition.

• Accurately document residents' responses to nursing care and treatments.

• Maintain an environment that promotes resident comfort and safety.

• Assist with unit management and assume charge responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania.

• Commitment to providing compassionate, quality resident care.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

• New graduate LPNs are welcome to apply.
